The majority of the difficulty actually comes from searching for items and the scenes that are hard to see and understand. Though the puzzles themselves also have problems.
I do not recommend this one comparing with the previous two. Play as your own risk (emotionally).
started good, but totally jumbled toward the end. very dark, can't see, half the stuff needs zooming in and binoculars don't work. very frustrating, finished with walkthrough by CerKill, thank you!

A cleverly designed short puzzle…or it should be.

Spoilers!
License Plates or My Current Case:
White: 408BK
Gray: XL05X
Blue: 466U7
Yellow: 6D057
Different from what I'd see in CerKill's walkthrough.
I don't understand why I can't click anything inside the apartment. Did something mess up in loading?
Because you are outside the room, or rather, looking into the room through the glass
You're not in the apartment, you're just looking through the glass from the outside.

Escaped, but the code section was brutal.

lamps? I can't see them thru the binoculars. only see there's 6 of them there
I can only see one of them. It's never on.
have binoculars, can see cars, but no codes work.
Very nice, but I am stuck with the car code... I noticed the license plates, the ceiling lamps and the books on the shelf change at every new game.
Found. Place the license plates vertically following the color of the books and then apply the position of the unlit lamp in each column.
